March 2020 Update: No longer orphans!

Well 2020 is off to a running start!

With the fires, floods, corona virus and financial fallout..Mens hearts are failing them for fear of what is to come. But let me encourage you today, God is still on the throne!! He knows full well whats going on and we just need to keep our eyes on Him. Yes, it gives me great joy to be serving the Lord wholeheartedly at such a time as this.

Three years in the Philippines has certainly changed my perspective on life. The things I used to value are only temporary and my heart is moved with compassion for those around me. Seeing the children’s lives changing before my eyes reminds me of the value God places on every little child. The JCI kids are all growing up and one by one they are climbing out of poverty. Our Graduates are employed and supporting their families now. Those who used to gather bottles all night to earn a meagre existence, are now no longer begging for food but bringing home food for their brothers. — What a privilege to be part of this awesome ministry! The Eight kids in the JCI House are a testimony to the love and dedication given to them through Joshua Care. They are no longer orphans but children with a future and a hope.. Their aching hearts have been healed and they are looking forward to a brighter future. Only God can heal a heart, place the solitary in families and provide all our needs.
