THE JOSHUA CARE HOUSE
The Joshua Care House is a children’s home in Manila, Philippines focused on the support and betterment of the once abandoned, abused and neglected child. Our heart for this house is to create a loving community. Providing essential needs (food, clothing, education and health), advocating and promoting social and mental well being (with a team of Joshua Care staff and social workers) through the love Jesus, fostering relationship building kingdom culture. We fund the house through our change makers.
OUTREACH
Joshua Care continues to give medical & nutritional support to those who cannot gain access to it themselves in our local area. Every year Joshua Care will hold multiple medical missions where hundreds of people of all ages will come to be treated. The smile on the precious peoples faces show how grateful they are for the medicine and vitamins.
We also run feeding programs multiple times a year in Taguig and the local surrounding areas.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER: SHARON DEL VALLE
In 2005, Sharon Del Valle visited her husband's homeland, the Philippines for the first time. She always knew from a young age she wanted to be a missionary, but once she saw the great need for love, support, food and shelter amongst these precious children that called the local cemetery their home, she knew she had to do something...and Joshua Care International was born. Sharon Del Valle is a Midwife and Wife to Arturo, Mother to Naomi, Rebecca and Joshua, and Grandmother to Chloe, Otto and Santiago.
WHERE WE ARE
Our main area of outreach, are to the people living in Bagumbayan and the surrounding areas of Taguig in the Metro Manila area of The Philippines.
